  • NOTICE: Board of Directors Vacancy
    NOTICE: BOARD OF DIRECTORS VACANCY - LIBERTY MEAD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT

     Notice is hereby given that there are currently vacancies on the Board of Directors of the Liberty Mead Metropolitan District (“District”).

    The Board is seeking to appoint new Directors to serve until the next regular election on May 4, 2027.  The Board is currently accepting letters of interest from all qualified individuals within the District.  To be qualified to serve on the Board of Directors you must be a registered voter in the State of Colorado and a resident of the District; or the owner (or spouse or civil partner of the owner) of taxable real or personal property located within the District.  A person obligated to pay taxes under a contract to purchase taxable property within the District qualifies as an owner.

    To be considered for the position, please submit a letter of interest to the District Manager, Lowell Richardson, via email: office@pminortherncolorado.com.  Letters of interest must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on March 31st, 2026
